“When you’re out there on the street, think of your camera as your paint brush; the moments, characters, colour, light and texture as your box of paints; and the street itself as your canvas for personal expression.”

Expanding the scope of street photography from its traditional reportage roots, in this book, photographers Joshua K. Jackson and Sean Tucker present a more interpretive and artistic approach to the genre. With the public space as your canvas and your camera as a tool for personal expression, you will learn to fill your work with personal meaning and share your unique perspective on the world.
